Follow the same procedures as outlined in the Single Sleeve However, in this application, when applying the shrink sleeve, center it over the splice connector, so as to leave equal amounts of shrink sleeve from either end of the connector.

Single-Sleeve PIN Connector Application

(1) Prepare your cable according to manufacturers specifications, wipe clean and prepare for connection.

(2) Position and push the sleeve over and down the cable far enough to allow for proper connectorization.

(3) Install connector into housing and onto cable. Complete connection. 

(4) With a slight twisting and pushing motion, slide the sleeve back up the cable and over the pin connector and butt the end of the sleeve against the housing. The installation is complete.
